Job Title: Summer Camp Foam Party Staff

Location: Seattle, Tacoma, Renton, Everett, Kitsap, Shoreline, WA

Hiring Date: April thru July, 2025

Starting Pay: $20.50/hr (W2) (Plus tips, closer to $25/hr)

Hours: Dayshift/20-30 hours per week, weekday & weekend heavy

SplashTimesFun (www.splashtimesfun.com) is a water themed party company. We specialize in hosting Foam Parties and Bubble Parties for backyard birthday parties, daycares, corporate events, VBS, summer camps and parks & rec’s throughout the Greater Seattle area. We serve customers from Everett to Tacoma, Silverdale to Snoqualmie. Foam Parties typically last for 1-2 hours plus set up and tear down time.

This is an opportunity to join our energetic and dynamic team as a Summer Camp Foam Party Staff member at SplashTimesFun! We are seeking individuals who embody the spirit of summer, are passionate about creating memorable experiences for children, and are ready to bring the party to life. Could you be the perfect fit?

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children during foam party activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Implement behavior management techniques to maintain order and promote positive interactions.
• Excel at working in teams and able to follow directions for party setup and tear down.
• Communicate effectively with campers, school staff and parents, addressing any concerns or questions. Customer service is a MUST!
• Maintain a clean and organized space, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Provide first aid when necessary and support children with special needs as required.
• Able to operate safely and competently the company vehicle with load-in and load-out. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• High School Graduates who are College Bound or College Graduates. Minimum Age requirement of 18yrs old.
